SERVICE WRITER - Glasgow, MT

Border Plains Equipment, a Employee-Owned certified Case IH dealership, is currently accepting applications for a full-time Service Writer. The position will involve following the established repair order process, keeping customers informed and updated on the repair status of their units, accurately transfer customer service needs to the work order and verify quality control. Experience in agriculture and equipment is desired.

 

Applicants must possess:

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Thrive and multi-task in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to manage different environmental smells
